Worship

Sunday, September 21st

When our way gets dark, we may at times wonder if there's any ray of hope ahead. This Sunday we finish our series, The Promise-Empowered Life, with the message "You're Going to Make It Through!" based on the story of Joseph in Genesis 37-50.

Altar Flowers

Altar flowers celebrate the marriage of Sandy Mikowski and Dan Tooker on September 20, 2014!

Need Prayer?

At the end of worship you are invited to come to the Prayer Room (the door in the Worship Center next to the Kitchen) and receive prayer for whatever need you may be facing.

Worship Time Change

We will return to two worship services beginning Sunday, October 5th! Service times will be 9 and 10:45am. Please mark your calendars. Thank you for all the input and prayers as we have sought God's guidance to do what will help us best accomplish together Lakeshore's mission of "Joyfully Connecting People to the Love of Jesus." We encourage everyone to step out in faith and invite someone new to worship!

Discovery Class

If you want to learn more about Lakeshore Fellowship and its values, are interested in membership here at Lakeshore Fellowship, or recently transferred here from another LCMS church, we welcome and encourage you to sign up! Pastor Chris will be hosting this class on Saturday, September 27th from 9am to 12 noon. Please RSVP by calling the office (616-846-8566) or check your Connection Card this coming Sunday to say you’ll be there!

Lutheran Heritage and Romantic Germany

Pastor Chris and Tracy Boehnke and Pastor Dieter and Ruth Haupt will be hosting a 13-day trip to Germany from September 25 to October 7, 2015. This will be an opportunity not only to see beautiful sights in Germany, but also to tour the places that were significant for the Lutheran Reformation as we celebrate its 500th Anniversary. Information brochures about the trip are available at the Information Center. Two identical informational meetings have been scheduled for Thursday, October 2nd at 7pm here at Lakeshore and Tuesday, November 4th at 7pm at St. John's Lutheran Church in Grand Haven.
